BLF COMPANY WIDE

New to Zoom and new to Admin of Zoom.   

can i on my VVX phones make a BLF template for all my Phones company wide - i want to created a Extension called "Page" and i want to this pop on every one in the second button position.  Can i do this and lock it in so they can remove it on the Keys and Positions?

Hello @RyanLe, the phone's key configuration is tied to the User and User template and not the Phone/Device Template. In any case, although I think you can automatically assign a user template at first SSO Sign-on (see link below), I don't think you can lock it in

Also, it seems you want to create a "Shared Line Group on the second button: There is a limit of 10 users ...and it could be increased to 50 (by Zoom) upon request.
