AudioCodes 1248/124 working with Emergency Blue Lights and All Campus Alert

We have ATAs by AudioCodes. We have both 1248 and 124 units. We are having issues with DTMF working with the Emergency Blue Lights and our All Campus Alert System. We can connect with each of the units but once connected they do not seem to pass DTMF correctly. Any help would be great.

      please review the attached gai-tronics manual p. 19 ring-down operations for emergency button.  has this configuration been completed?

       

      audio codes manual and release notes also attached.

      @Eliot thanks for the reply, yes we have configured the ring down, we actually wiped it out, and then configured it again. Whats interesting, is with no extensions configured, we get straight dial-tone when pressing EM button, once ring-down is configured we immediately get a broken dial-tone for about 30 secs then goes to reorder until we physically disconnect the phone. 

       

      I have the audiocode user manual for the mp124, I am still mulling through that with the settings Its perplexing what is happening.
