Hello,
Is it possible to generate an SMS after a call is unanswered via an IVR process? It seems like you cannot, using flows, redirect the process to SMS to complete this task. We are trying to send a message "Sorry we missed your call. we are happy to assist you via text or we will call you back shortly." Anyone in the community seen this done?

looks like within a queue one can not switch the channel of engagement. How are you tying to trigger the SMS? perhaps script tag or http calls maybe of use. I don't think its possible natively within the flow builder.

GauravPurohit, we are trying to trigger the SMS when a call is missed and sent to voicemail on our IVR. We would like to use the SMS functionality in Zoom because it flows to our CRM for analytics purposes.
