As Poly obi302 has reached EOS what would be a decent replacement?

Hi everyone,

We've been on Zoom phone for few years now. As Poly obi302 has reached EOS what would be a decent replacement? Single or dual RJ11 ports, a model that would last 4-5 years in terms of support and firmware updates and compatibility with Zoom phone system? The use case is legacy POTS fax.

Thanks

Boyan

Poly's latest ATA is the 400 Series which has single or dual FXS ports. Audiocodes also released a new smaller density ATA to replace their MP112 & MP114. It's the 500 series that offers 2, 4, or 8 ports. They also have 16,24, and 32 port densities for larger projects. I recommend you look at Zoom documentation (link below) for which of the ATA's they support fax protocol on. Cisco ATA's are officially supported by Zoom, but faxing on these is not. You can get it to work as we did, but don't expect Zoom support to assist if you run into issues.
