Approximate taxes

I understand each state will have different taxes on Zoom phone.  Does anyone know the approximate taxes for Zoom Phone for a $15/month/user plan?

For the $15 per month Zoom Phone US/CA Unlimited Calling Named User, we pay a total of $2.44 in Federal, State, and City Taxes as follow:

$1.26 - Fed (VOIP) 

$0.01 - State of Florida

$0.21 - State of Florida

$0.43 - State of Florida

$0.53 - City
