Answering calls while computer is locked

Does anyone know if there is a way to answer Zoom phone calls while my computer is locked? I lock my computer by pressing Windows+L and sometimes I get calls while my computer is locked. I usually can't sign in fast enough to answer the call.

You can connect your Zoom Phone to your mobile device, allowing you to answer calls directly from your phone without needing to unlock your computer.

Work does not pay for my mobile device, and I don't want it coming through my phone on days and times when I'm not at work. This is not a good solution.
