Admin Limits on When You can Call

right now, I cannot make phone calls at certain times of the day, Zoom comes on and tells me they cannot connect the call, my administrator has limited that.... I'm the admin. I cannot find a way to turn this off. It's actually very frustrating.... I see that my administrator has restricted calls from 8:30pm to 9:00 am - but I'm the admin and I can't change this.... Where do I go to change it?

    found it, but it's not intuitive at all. Admin | Phone System Management | Users & Rooms - click on the individual user, click on policy, then scroll down to the feature to turn it off....

    In the "Phone System Management" section of the admin panel, I have this - see attached picture. First Picture: It says the calls are able to make calls for 24/7/365, but I cannot.....

    Second Picture: says I have limited hours.

     

    How do I fix this?
