GUYS,

 

I would appreciate it if you could help with this. The API TEAM REFUSED TO HELP ME, AND I AM LOST. Why is this happening? CAN YOU GUYS POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION ON HOW TO resolve this?
