A2P Sole Proprietor Brands Registration

I was told sole proprietors can avoid Brands, Campaigns, and EINs, but I've got no place laid out to set this up. I do need SMS, primarily for 2FA purposes.

Can anyone direct me to a walk through that reflects my single person company, with no plans for Campaigns now or ever?
