zoom Cloud recordingに録画されたミーティングをMacBookにダウンロードしたいです。

その際、なぜか字幕だけがダウンロードできないのですが対処方法を教えてください。

最近MacBookに変えたばかりで、以前lenovoのwindowsを使用していたときはダウンロードできていました。

よろしくお願いします。
