zoom waiting room not working

hi all this is rick west not a newbie but i am stumped.   

my users cannot enter my waiting room.

i can communicate if they sent me a link but my room says i have yet to join

Can you double-check that you're signed in to the correct Zoom account (the one that created the meeting) and make sure you’ve started the meeting from the correct link (especially if you're using PMI vs. scheduled meetings).
