Since you provided no hardware, OS, or software details best guess is poor internet connection via WiFi and/or insufficient computer processing power. More details required for a more accurate response.

hi @AForce

As noted by @storyhub , a good internet connections for both parties to a zoom meeting is essential.

If you are connecting to zoom using wifi, try connecting using a wired connection to the router.

Other possibilities include a pc maxed out as to cpu and memory.  Try closing other programs not needed during a zoom meeting.

as @storyhub says we need more details to be more specific.

what internet service are you using such as cable, fios, fiber and speed up and speed down?

what device are you using, i.e. pc, mac, iphone, android, etc.?

what is the operating system, i.e. windows 11 and version?

what zoom workplace client are using and version?

Zoom provides some testing features and some best practices.
