zoom recording size too big

My zoom recordings have recently become significantly larger so I can no longer share or upload the recordings after meetings. I never had this problem before a month ago. thanks in advance.

I was wondering this too. After some looking around, it seems that if someone shares their screen, the video resolution will default to the resolution of that device. In my case, I shared my screen at 4k, and my video file which should have been only a few hundred megabytes, turned in to several gigabytes.
