zoom recording announcement

Hi:  Does anyone know how to turn off the voice that announces that its starting and stopping recording each time you hit record during a meeting?

I'm 95% sure that you cannot turn off the announcement that Recording has begun. It is a security / privacy feature.

I have this setting but as soon as I make someone a recording admin, it ignores it and plays the message.

How do i give someone access without making them a recording admin?
