zoom recordinf disble

can anybody help me how to enable zoom recording. i have deleted old zoom meeting record and yet and it foes not record recent zoom meeting. at still appeard zoom recording disbale and need to upgrade storageregardless of deleting old records

Hey @smoogeers  just need to clarify and further understand your discussion, but are you referring to not being able to record at all?

Or, are you able to record but deleted a recorded meeting and unable to recover it?

Or, you've exceeded your recording cloud storage and you're unable to recover your meeting?

Hello RN,

all meetings are not being recorded in cloud despite of deleting the old recording files, as of today 3.49 TB consumed in cloud storage and still have more space, i have enabled automatic recording in cloud in the setting but still not recording. Kindly ssist me please. thank you
