zoom not recognizing me

how do I get zoom to recognize that its not my daughter signing into zoom and recognize we are two different people with different emails and passwords because it keeps saying that my email is invalid. I am about to start classes and need to be able to log into zoom PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Hello,

 

In your profile click on switch account before you join a meeting. This will log out whoever is currently logged in and ask you to log in fresh.

 

 

  1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop client.
  2. In the top-right corner, click your profile picture.
  3. Click Sign Out or Switch Account.
  4. Sign in to your desired account using your corporate email or the email used when you signed up for Zoom. You can also sign in using SSO, Google, Apple, or Facebook.
    Note: If you're logged in to multiple Google accounts, you will be able to choose the account used to sign in to Zoom.
