zoom must be the worst plattform

First of all i am paying for this service. Alot of money every f. month and i cannot get any customer support?

Second why dont u just make it easy for people to join with audio? It is that frikking difficult? A lot of people cant read english and the process is too difficult when you cant even read english. 

And why tha F did u change my personal meeting ID in the latest update so every f. normal meeting i have needs the new link.

Do you ever suvery your customers? Then you would get feedback on these things.
