zoom meetings

hello please i need help with the new zoom version every time i install zoom it runs fine for the first time then when i run zoom again another day it tells me that the publisher is unknown and when i try starting a meeting it gives me this error (cannot start meeting . error code 7)    when i uninstall it and install again it runs just fine for some time then gives me this error again .
