zoom keeps crashing

This is what keeps popping up

 

The last time you opened zoom.us, it unexpectedly quit while reopening windows. Do you want to try to reopen its windows again?

Hi @vbg1038 , is this still happening? If so, what device are you using and what version of Zoom?

Hi @Bri ,

I'm encountering the same issue. (MacOS Sierra 10.12.3 ; Zoom 5.15.0 (19644)) 

 

Every time I try to open my Zoom desktop client, it gives me the the "Zoom quit unexpectedly" error message. The error message freezes and disappears quickly, so I can't even type in the text box. Then the "Problem Report for zoom.us" window pops up. When I try to click "Reopen" the cycle just repeats again. 

 

I've tried restarting the computer, and uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom, and the problem has not been solved. Thanks for your help!

Fix Zoom Keeps Crashing On Windows 11
Force Restart Zoom App.
Reboot the System.
Check for Zoom Update.
Roll-Back Camera Driver.
Update the Camera Driver.
Check the Network Connection.
Change Zoom App Video Rendering Settings.
Repair Corrupted Files.
