Help with how to change my virtual background, it shows the foreground instead of the background images. I have gone through all the chat bot suggestions and nothing is working yet,

Hi @jc54 ,

Just choose one or upload one. it sounds more like you have the background working, but zoom is not recognising you and showing on on the screen.
If you blur, does your machine blur the background and show you properly?
