zoom addin authentication issue on iPad/iOS f oromutlook

Hi,

When scheduling the meeting from iOS/iPad using outlook, by enabling the zoom add-in in the "New Event" in Outlook->Calendar we are  getting a blank white screen in outlook.

We do have Zoom application installed and successfully logged in.

We are using intune and we do have app protection policy applied to outlook, and added exemption for "zoomus"

Attached the screenshot of the issue.

 

iPad version: 26.0

Outlook: 4.2538.0

Zoom Workplace: 6.6.0

Microsoft has released Outlook Mobile version 5.2544.0, which includes the fix for this issue. Updating to this latest version should resolve the blank login screen.

Getting same here on iPad and iPhone for Intune for all our users on that platform.

Works fine on Android.

As per Zoom support, the outlook mobile app is not using complete browser when attempting to authenticate zoom add-in, instead it uses a specific container while authenticating and causing the device authentication flow.

Microsoft has acknowledged the issue and suggested a work around to add https://zoom.us/signin under universal links in app protection policy and remove existing links http://zoom.us/* and https://zoom.us/*.
