when using presenter's layouts, how can i avoid participants seeing my video twice?

In new versions of Zoom, when you open the screen sharing options window, you may choose a presenter's layout' on the right side of the window. You have 4 layouts – regular, right on top of the shared content, small video and big shared content, side by side.

Recording locally will capture the screen exactly like you are a participant see it, so that would be your best option at this point.
