when I reboot the computer and start Zoom, it says recording was not converted.

when I finish zoom meeting it automatically records and saves the meeting. It doesn't show the sentence that recording was not converted. But I turn off the computer and reboot it, and I click zoom it says recording was  not converted. 

So I tested it. First when I finished a meeting. It recorded the meeting as usual, then I renamed it. I rebooted the computer. And started zoom it said recording was not converted. When I clicked "convert". It made a new file. which was exactly the same as the one I recorded previously. I wonder why? When I don't turn off the computer. And start zoom. That phrase doesn't show up.
