Hi we have (company)in harrogate and we provide solution to our costumer online through zoom and now days we are facing issue webcam and audio not working on a Zoom call. we have checked manually webcam and audio on PC and having issue only on zoom call

Hi @david5746785 ,

Have you checked the settings in the Zoom client itself to be sure that the appropriate camera and audio devices are selected?
You might also do a quick uninstall, restart, and reinstall of the Zoom desktop client to see if that resolves it.
