webcam issue in meeting using the app

Hi guys

have a very odd issue with Zoom and webcam, when I'm in a meeting my webcam has a line going through it and i can't turn on the webcam, but if i go to settings i can see the webcam working fine with no issue webcam works in Teams and Camare app with no issue

also the website ver of Zoom the webcam works fine with no issue just in the app ver it does not work

any ideas did the basic unstill and reinstall still no go
