WE CAN'T DO CLOUD RECORDING.

    Hi nashikrc.

     

    You need to free up space on your storage or buy more storage, since you have exceeded the limit you have on your account.

    Each paid license you have in your account gives you 5GB and these are added up and totaled.

    I'm not asking for cloud recording space. I'm asking... How can I download a CSV or Excel spreadsheet of all registrants' names and email address for an upcoming Zoom meeting?

    Sorry, I didn't see where that query was.

    You enter your Zoom web portal (www.zoom.us) in the ADMIN section, there is an entry called "Account management", click there and you will find the "reports" section. Once inside "reports" you select the "meetings" option, look for the meeting and you will be able to download the file you need.
