hello!
I don't get the blur option in virtual background, I've already made all the changes on the page and nothing, does it happen to anyone? how can I solve it?

I could recommend that you update your Zoom desktop client app to the latest version. you could do it if you go to https://zoom.us/download  Blur My Background
Note: This option requires version 5.9.3
