Hi @elyse1 its been a bit since you've posted this discussion, but wanted to share after looking into your CPU Intel(R) Celeron(R) G5905T, is the cause for your virtual background not working as your CPU doesn't meet Zoom Virtual Background system requirements

Image without Green Screen:

  • Zoom desktop client, Global minimum version or higher
  • macOS version 10.13 or higher
  • Supported processors
    • Apple M1
    • i5-5000 or higher
      Note
      : 5th generation i5 dual-core processor, requires macOS 10.14 or higher
    • i7-4000 or higher

Note: These requirements also apply to the blurred background feature. Learn more about checking your system requirements for the blur background feature.
