I used to record my ppt presentations as videos and my image was visible in a little window I could move to where i wanted it before hitting 'record'. I simply shared the screen and then opened the PPT - I did not select PPT as background.
Later I added a 2nd screen and was advised to change some settings but can't remember which ones now and I don't know if it's because of that or because of the 2025 zoom update but now, when I record I can't see that little image to move it anymore. If I just open a PPT and start recording I can't see it, but when I view the video there it is - I have no choice about where it is placed.
When I try to use the options on the right, instead of stretching my presentation right across the screen they center it and in that case I am able to move my image but now the ppt is centered, I'm not in front of it anymore where I want to be.
Can anybody tell me what is wrong? I've spent hours playing with this, so many options that could be the culprit - or combination thereof - but I can't find it.
Any help appreciated. Thank you.
