I have the Pro version.  I have attempted all of the lighting and other video settings; my image on the video is still grainy or fuzzy; blur background is not chosen.  I tried to use immersive view for background; only the art gallery is somewhat clearer but such a small image and less conducive to how I want my meetings to be arranged.  Is there any resolution?  Any suggestions?

I would recommend submitting a ticket to Zoom support requesting them to enable 720 HD for your account.
