On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Windows 11 Home, Zoom latest version.

The video plays for a few seconds and then freezes. It is the video that freezes, Zoom itself does not freeze.  No video settings help.

Same thing is happening on a laptop of mine using any camera using the Zoom Workplace app - both on an integrated camera as well as using a Logitech webcam.  The preview feed will choppily load the video image and then freeze.  The Logitech webcam works on another PC using the same Workplace software.

The laptop video works flawlessly when joining a meeting in a browser on any camera, it's only an issue using the Workplace app.

Computer with the issue on Workplace app is using W11 Home 10.0.26100 B26100.

Zoom is up to date, all drives are up to date.  Disabling HW acceleration did not make a difference, nor did disabling AV protection, before or after reboot.
