After doing an update a while back my video of myself when in a meeting keeps flickering and freezing. No idea what to do about it

Same thing happening to me this morning.

The same thing happened to me and many of my students.  The requirement of the place where I work is that students have camera on all the class, but with these glitches the only solution is to turn it off.  Tried to contact customer support, but only the chatbox answers and there is no option.  The problems started when they introduced the new apps in the screen.
