video distortion with everything yellow and frozen

What can I do to fix this problem? After I click to start new meeting and turn on my video, I can see everything fine, but after 5 seconds, all that turns freezes and yellow color floods over everything. The video becomes useless. Is there a simple fix? I already tried restarting; but that did not help. I guess the next thing to do would be to uninstall and reinstall the newest version. Any suggestions? Please advise. Thanks.
