Hi @4LydRz, thank you for posting for the first time, and welcome to the Zoom Community!

Can you please check that you have enabled the setting to allow participants to enable themselves? 

Please also go over the info in this article, I think you will find it very useful: Muting/unmuting participants in a meeting
