unable to save meeting as template

i do not have a button to save a meeting as a template.  any suggestions?

    Hi @Liokepa 

     

    The main cause it the meeting ID associated with the meeting you are trying to make a template from. As stated in the Meeting templates article, the meeting must be scheduled with a random ID, thus it cannot be using your PMI. 

     

    Check to see if that is what is causing the issue.

    I also have that issue and using a random ID

    Also do you have a Paid Licensed account.  If not I don't think you can save a meeting as a template.

    I have a paid plan (Workplace Pro) and the meeting ID is set to "Generate Automatically" - there is no "Save as Template" feature available to me.  I can "Select a template" (the dropdown is blank) but I can't seem to create one.

     

    I remember seeing this functionality years ago but it doesn't seem to be available now.  Did it get moved into the webinars feature or something?
