unable to establish secure connect to zoom

When trying to host a meeting getting message unable to establish secure connection to zoom. When I click on certificate it tells me that it is untrusted. Sometimes I can get in as host when I go to zooms website but this is hit and miss. There is no problem being a guest but as of April 9 2023 when an update was preformed and then I tried to host a meeting this message popped up "unable to establish secure connection to zoom". I am running windows 7. I have unstalled and reinstalled the application multiple times to no avail.
