trying to use a 4 mic lapel Boya system and having intermittent issues and loosing sound

We are doing a live cast on Facebook with zoom and trying to use a 4 mic Boya Lapel system. We had issues where when all 3 host were talking at times the sound was not working properly and out online guest could not hear us. Is there some setting I need to tweek to fix this or do we need to change microphones?
