On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

there is no conference recording in the cloud

3 months ago we had a conference on January 17th, we had a paid subscription then, we recorded the conference on the cloud, the subscription ended in a month, today we wanted to watch the recording, but there was nothing there, we paid for the subscription today, but there was still nothing there

Hi @ccaidov1. If your account is downgraded to a free plan, cloud recordings are automatically set to be deleted after 30 days. If the account hadn’t been upgraded again during that time, unfortunately, the cloud recording would have been permanently removed.
