Bonjour, Je veux télécharger mes enregistrements qui sont sur le cloud et lorsque j'ouvre mon fichier téléchargé, il apparaît une fenêtre zoom avec deux options: rejoindre une réunion ou connexion. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi le téléchargement ne fonctionne pas. Avez-vous des pistes ?

Hello, I want to download my recordings which are on the cloud and when I open my downloaded file, a zoom window appears with two options: join a meeting or connect. I don't understand why the download is not working. Do you have any leads?
