I recieved an email saying I logged in from a new device.  This wasn't me.  When i click the link to indicate it isn't me, it says the link is expired.

Because of the lack of support, I can't find out anything.  Please help.  I'm not a techie person

If you feel like your password has been compromised, follow the directions here to change your old password immediately.

How do I find out if it happened? Why won't zoom provide support to users?  Older users have an incredibly hard time with this stuff......  None of these answers tell me any answers

If you are an admin of the account you could find out by IP address that attempted the log in and when it occured. It is very difficult to find out exactly who this person is if in fact it was compromised. You could try raising a case with support if you feel this is some kind of trust and safety issue to you but first and foremost I would go through the password reset.
