Can anyone help me??

My username looks like this:

When I paste this into my browser window Zoom adds the following: #success

Which address should I use?  The one with the #success or the one without #success or can I use both?

This is happening to us today. We have a large Zoom meeting at 1:30 and when I click on the link on my phone, “#success” is added at the end of the meeting URL, rendering it invalid.

What is going on, and can someone please help? I have to try to explain how to make it work to mostly non-tech savvy people…. 

Even if not today, this is an odd issue that needs and explanation and solution by Zoom staff.
