speaker video not showing

I have had an issue for about a month now where the speaker's video goes black when they are speaking. When the speaker changes, the video comes back for the person that had been speaking. The result is that I am looking at the videos of just the other participants and not the speaker. I have tried restarting my computer a number of times, but the problem remains. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

This is happening to me too rgeorge and i can't fiture out why.  Like you, i've rebooted, checked my settings.  Sometimes if i go to gallery i see a flash of the person and then it turns back to no picture.   i'm stumped on how to resolve this.  @ Community:  help please

Yep, that is exactly my experience. That brief flash of the person before going back to nothing... very annoying. I did some updates on my computer yesterday hoping that it fix it, but today the problem was still there. I hope that someone reading this knows the solution.
