Zoom forced an update on me today. Since then it fails to recognise my video camera and asks me to pick a different one from settings. Neither camera nor settings have changed since the update. It works perfectly fine in Zoom and Skype. The camera is a Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920. Any suggestions on how to get Zoom to do its job again?

Hello, sorry to hear you are having problems. Are you on a Windows PC or Mac? If you have run through basic troubleshooting of your webcam below such as:

  1. Restarting your PC
  2. Reconnecting the USB camera
  3. Ensuring another application is not taking control of the camera

I would try updating your driver directly from Logi here: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-au/articles/360024849133--Downloads-HD-Pro-Webcam-C920

That said, I am on the latest version of Zoom on my MacBook Pro and it works fine on my C920 and my Brio
