I have been able to see 49 participants on my Windows computer. Now I cannot. What changed? The box is clicked for 49. My computer is new and up to date.

  • How many participants are in your meeting?
  • Is your window maximized?
  • Is the resolution of your monitor the same as it was when you could see 49 participants?

    Those are just a few thoughts.

I have the same issue - anyone more than 9 gets put onto a second page - did you get this resolved?  I can't find good help anywhere.  Thanks.
