share the desktop of a pc

I need to share the full desktop of my pc, not the single document... I am a teacher and I work with different files of different programm,I switch from one to the other one, and I can add some docs also during the lesson. In the past,  there was the opiton: share the screen or part of it.   Why did it disappear? Thank you

It is not clear what you are looking at, but you should see the following which shows the selection "entire screen".

Please contact someone who is taking care of Zoom settings in your company/organization, as maybe option of screen sharing was disabled on a company-wide level..
