setting up dual monitor - where to 'select' when in general tab

I am trying to set up 'use dual monitor.' My ultimate goal is to keep participant window open when i share a screen on my side monitor. I've found the instructions: settings -- > general --> 'use dual monitors'              I see nowhere to select 'use dual monitors.'   Advice please, J

After sharing the content on the second screen click on "show meeting" to see additional options (such as gallery view). You can also go to settings > Meetings & webinars > in-meeting and in-webinar experience > display and then change options.
