screen sharing files in window are not available due to access problem

When attempting to share screen, files in the screen sharing window are not  available. Prompt says it's a privacy/access issue fixed in preferences. I cannot make this work. What am I missing?

    Hello!

     

    Are you attempting to use the chat function within the meeting to share files?  Can you take a screenshot of the error you're getting?

    I am having the same issue with uploading file in chat window - disabled due to access not available by admin...which makes no sense since the can see it is.
