screen sharing doesn't workzz

When I share my screen, screen changes and freezes.

My voice is well transferred.

But my screen freezes and doesn't move.

How do I settle it?

Dear Support Team,

I am also writing to report an issue with screen sharing on the platform. Unfortunately, the screen sharing feature does not seem to be working properly. Whenever I attempt to share my screen with others, it simply does not function.

Additionally, I wanted to inquire about the latest RTS Update . Is there a new version available, and if so, how can I access it? It would be helpful to know if the issue with screen sharing is a known bug that has been addressed in the latest update.
