schedule reminder emails leading up to a meeting

Hi! I have Zoom Pro and would like to set up reminder emails for participants leading up to a meeting I'm hosting. I'd like to plan them out and schedule them in advance. I've looked in settings and meetings but can't seem to find where/how to do this.  Does anyone know?

Welcome to the Zoom Community! We're glad to have you here.

I'm afraid automatically sending an email reminder for the participants is not yet an option. 

You can manually send them email reminders by following these steps: 
 

  1. Go to the web app and select "Meetings."
  2. Click on the meeting you want to send a reminder to.
  3. Go to "Email Settings."
  4. Find the "confirmation email to registrants" and click "Edit."
  5. You may change the subject of the email to the message you want.

You may send multiple reminders to the registrants.

Automatic email reminders used to be built in with Zoom meetings. Do you know why it’s no longer available?

Automatic reminders emails for participants can be sent using Zoom's API or using Salepager (a Zoom app) that lets you sent automated reminder emails to participants for Zoom meetings you are hosting.
