reset password not working

I need to reset my password.  When I click the reset password link, it does not take me to the correct page.  Instead, it takes me to "my meetings".  I have tried this multiple ways, clicked the link from different pages and sites, tried typing in the address.  Nothing works.  I cannot get to any page that will allow me to reset my password. Help please!

Hi, @SusanOrlando.,

Are you logging in with a Username/Password?  If so, are you changing it from this part of your Profile page on Zoom.us?

If you are NOT logging in with Username/Password, but are logging in with Google, Facebook, SSO, or some other means... you can't change your other system password here - you have to do that on the system it belongs to.

zoom really sucks.  cannot change password. just sends tobtge same stupid link that does noithing!!!!!

How to reset your forgotten Zoom password
Open a web browser and go to zoom.us/forgot_password.
Enter your email address and verify the reCAPTCHA.
Click Send.
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. 
Enter your new password.
Enter the new password a second time for confirmation.
Click Save.
